Custom Printing Items

Due to the custom nature of our printing services, items are produced specifically for your order and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

We carefully review all orders before production to ensure accuracy and quality.

Defective Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reprinting the item or providing a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.
